These Terms govern your use of Trombone Tuner: Slide Coach ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to them.
1. What the App is
A practice tool for trombonists: a chromatic tuner, slide-position guidance, a main-slide Tune-Up, long-tone practice, a drone and a slide-position chart.
2. Approximate guidance
Slide distances are calculated for a typical B♭ tenor trombone and are approximate; instruments, mouthpieces and players differ. Pitch readings can be affected by background noise, other instruments and the microphone. Use your ears, and follow your teacher or director.
3. Purchases
Trombone Tuner Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It can be restored on your other devices with the same Apple ID and shared through Family Sharing. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to reverse engineer, modify or redistribute it except as permitted by law.
5. Intellectual property
The App, including its design and code, is owned by Bulpara Inc.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bulpara Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
